Job Description:
  • The Senior Business Analyst is critical in working closely with the brand to address complex business requirements needed to acquire and manage our digital content delivery. It is important for this senior BA to meet with the clients from the various business units to define the right system needed to support the growing demands for digital platform delivery.
      Responsibilities:

      • Conducting analysis, gathering requirements, and documenting user stories for building and deploying web and mobile applications.
      • Maintaining the product backlog of new business features as well as maintenance and support items.
      • Translating end-user requirements into user stories Understanding all aspects of the Agile project lifecycle and SCRUM methodology.
      • Understanding the business processes, documenting detailed business requirements, developing functional designs, conducting Gap Analysis, etc. that bring the client and project team to a common understanding of the product and how it will satisfy the business need.
      • Maintaining open and constant communication amongst the team, management, and customers.
      • Primary worksite is Georgetown,Kentucky, but relocation possible.
      Qualifications:
      • 6+ years or experience in software development, business analysis, and system lifecycle development.
      • 1 year of Agile/SCRUM experience; 2+ years preferred.
      • Expert business analyst with the ability to deliver high quality software solutions.
      • Strong Analytical & System Thinking Skills to identify implicit, unstated, and unrecognized requirements.
      • Understanding of application interface/user-centered designs.
      • Highly cross-functional across multiple disciplines including business systems analysis, customer experience management, usability, and scrum project methods.
      • Strong attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
      • Ability to "think out of the box " and develop creative solutions Must demonstrate proactive customer service skills.
      • Logical understanding of how the system functionality interacts or changes with existing system modules, interfaces, etc.
